An English tea time treat of mine although you could have it as a meal too. I learnt to cook this in Home Economics class at school. My first English Savoury dish i ever cooked. I don't cook it often if at all any more but i did last night, the family liked it!
Recipe can be found here only i don't use Mozzarella cheese i added double cream to my mash .

I cook this quite a lot (though not with cream!), as it is one of the few ways I can get the kids to eat potatoes that aren't fried!
Its the first time i tried it with cream somayyah , i duno why just did!
Salaam, looks like a nice alternative to the usual potato gratin... the addition of eggs is nice. :) Umm Ibrahim
