Ripples

I have been wanting to try this pattern for a long time but the ones i found were to complicated until my crafting fellow blogger directed me to Attic24 at first i was mesmerized by the colours going on at Lucy's Attic but she had some great and learnable patterns too. Even for the beginer and smaller projects. I am using this patten and after a few attempts to give up ..........i am now happy rippling and its a cushion cover for my newly decorated DS bedroom.

Do you like the blues ? The pattern is very good and i do hope Lucy publishes a book some time in the near future as she is just great with writing easy patterns. Thank you Lucy!

Vegetable Soup

This ones easy chop all vegetables of your choice up into a pan add a knob of butter a stock cube of your choice and cover with water boil till tender and blend!

Quorn Chicken & Mushroom Pie ((Vegi )

I began by sweating some onions in a little oil.


I added the quorn and some sliced button mushrooms i browned this a little.

I added a tin of condensed mushroom soup and just a little water , i allowed this to simmer and then i added some chopped parsley.


Placed my puff pastry into my dish and added the filling of quorn and mushrooms and in it went to the oven after brushing it with egg.

A succulent pie , very nice indeed!
