My DH came home with this rare treat of Baby Lamb all ready for roasting , I would have liked it stuffed with flavour myself but i just did something simple to it. Added some sea salt , grinded ginger and chilli salt over it , sprinkled with rosemary and covered with sliced lemons of it went to be baked.
here is what we got tender succulent piece of meat!
