I felt inspired to try some and here is mine. I used this recipe but tweaked it to my own taste and what i had in. I used parsley and mushrooms. I didn't sprinkle it with sea salt as i was worried it would become too salty but may try a little next time! The fillings are endless you can try anything almost!
Mixed in to the dough Rosemary
Sun dried tomatoes, anchovies, black olives , feta cheese drizzled with olive oil.
When the lady on her blog said she had to be physically restrained from making these foccia's i was laughing but i think its the case here now with me, yes i made another one yesterday but thought it wise to post here
This one is cherry tomatoes, basil in the dough, anchovies and feta cheese with freshly grinded salt, chili and garlic. They are very yummy.

How pretty your bread turned out. Did you pre-cook your mushrooms?
Thank you Barbara yes i sauted them in olive oil and sea salt once soft i added freshly chopped parsely.
Another bread recipe that I'd love to have a go at but is all the handy work that puts me off.I know is pure lazyness but that's me.
Tell me sis have you got one of those kitchenaid machines that everyone else seems to have? I'm seriously thinking in investing on one but am afraid that it will end up on top of the kitchen cupboard collecting dust
Love the look of your focacia and I'm pretty sure it tasted gorgeus too mashallah.
Go on ines with the weather to aid the yeast cuts the time in half, i put my dough on the garden table right under the sun and the results are fab!
I want one to the fab machine that kneeds, mixes and blends all in one , i had my heart set on it about 5-7yrs ago and never have been able to spare the cash to invest in one, the one i like is by Kenwood £199.99 last time i looked but lately there are more on the market and cheeper so inshaallah. I think its a good investment if you like cooking and cook often. If you don't have much passion in the cusina then i feel it may sit in a box dusting up.
I would love it for cake mixes and doughs. Let me know if you buy and which one you have your eye on!
The one I'm thinkin of is actually called kitchenaid and they're around £300 a bit steep but worth it every penny apparently.
i am off to goggle it now sister , ines i will have a lok but sounds fab!
I have seen this at Debenhams last winter and i fell in love instantly, looks like the one Nigella has and all the other top celeb chefs. Its really nice but pricy with it , leet me know if you indulge , i feel like i want one too now !
Looks really good! Just wondering ... how long can it last? Thanks for providing the link to the recipe. ^^
Hajar it does not last very long in my home as everyone eats it up but the odd slice gets left and i keep it over night and have it for lunch the next day , i guess you could frezze them and reheat in the oven.
Yummy! Can I come eat at your house? ;)
Thanks for commenting on my blog--it made my day!
I added you to my blogroll:)
Good. I'll try to have a go at making it over the weekend and see how it turns out to be. :)
