I made a masala base of the usual onions , ginger ,garlic and chillis, some tomatoes blended and spices salt, garm masala, cummin, tumeric. I added the chopped marrow and added a very tiny ammount of water as the marrow will realese a lot of fluid of its own. I added some meat balls but this is my own choice but normally a vegi dish. I kinda fused this one.

When did you add the meatballs and did you cooked them before hand?
Take care, Ines
I made a big mistake and added them towards the end and ofcourse the rice never cooked well but you dont have to add rice i suggest you cook them in with the marrow asthey take time too and not a lot of liquid in this dish, let me know hoe they come on. thenaks and welcome to my blog Ines, i do ass by yours but youdon't update much ?
