squash
Onion
Butter
Veg Stock
Coriander
Garlic to taste
Creme Frachie
Method
Peel the squash and remove seeds.
Saute the squash with the onions,butter and garlic for a bit then boil all in pot expect creme when tender blend to liquid and stir in creme.
