Boreks

Filling Mashed potatoes
Spinach
Crab Meat
Mushrooms
mozarella
salt peper and any spice to your liking

Roll your boreks and fry in shallow oil, this side dish served well with soups these are always served in Ramandan in Algeria along sde a bowl of shorba. We had them with salad in the hot weather yesterday.

I made Bourek for the first time last weekend, did a meat filling and they were wonderful. Hubby was most impressed! Yours look lovely too :)
Going to do potato and cheese filling next weekend :)

There are so many different filling you can add, chicken. mushroom and prawns with a choux sauce are very nice and my fav's , i cooked some others before and i will see if i still have the pictures and post them, they are very Algerian. As with these i just used what i had avalible in the home alhamduillah.
