Masha'Allah sis - is that pic of the doughnuts you made?? They look impressive masha'Allah. We have plenty of places to buy doughnuts here (Dunkin Donuts etc) but I do rather miss English doughnuts filled with jam. I may well make these today if I am feeling as positive in a few hours time, lol! Thanks for sharing the recipe sis. Umm Ibrahim xxxxxxxx

Assalaamu'alaykum sis,

Got here through sis umm ibrahim's blog!

Now I'm tempted to try this recipe..!

I have a question, what do I do if I don't have a bread machine?

Jazzakillaahu khayr!

wa alakm aslamu Rayhana
welcome to my world, well as i have been making this recipe for a long time now, i don't use the actual method and i was going to post, so i am glad you asked as when i read the method , i don't do it that way! I have never used a bread maker for the kneeding ect , i do it by hand, also i realised i don't allow them to rise before frying but hey they still taste great mashaAllah! Let me know how they come out for you?
