Vegetable Soup

This ones easy chop all vegetables of your choice up into a pan add a knob of butter a stock cube of your choice and cover with water boil till tender and blend!

Because less is more...I mean simple but yummy as well as noutritious. Even I can manage and when I'm feeling adventurous I add some lentils ;)

i always wonder why people choose to blend soups... i used to make veggie barley soup all the time in canada, with no blender in sight and I loved the big chunks of vegetables

I too adore a cunky soup Ameena but when you have children blending makes edible as that why they don't see all the lovely veg that goes into it and moan ..i don't eat that!
