Aslamu alakum Hasnnah welcome to my blog, you can use anything you wish , like mash potatoes and cheese, olives, prawns and with a roux sauce the choices are limitless!
Assalaamu alaikum,Nice shape too! So what did you add? Spinach and ricotta... did you add onion, garlic or spices with the spinach and ricotta?
i added spice Stranger no onion but garlic, slat pepper, cummin but you can do what you want!
ohh i used biscuit cutter to shape and joined to gether with fork marks if that makes sense, brushed with egg!
