Assalamu alaykum sis Rainbow,
I am cooking this dish right now but the italian way.
I am using beef, onions, garlic, carrots, leeks, artichoke's hearts, green garden peas and parsley.
Just a change from the usual Ramadan cuisine.
Jazak'Allahu kheir for sharing it! It looks really mash'Allah and I bet it tasted great!
