Quick wholemeal Rolls, topped with pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoons dried yeast
8oz plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1lb wholemeal flour
2 tablespoons oil
Glaze milk and sprinkle wth pumkin seeds
Bake at gas mark 5 for 25mins
Mix all together add water to form dough and kneed cover and leave to rise. return and shape on oiled tray , glaze and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds leave to rise once doubled in size bake.
