Algerian Coffee Time
Today i fancied KESRA an Algerian flat bread made of semolina and mainly eaten at coffee time or breakfast, I made some but they were not like the ones i have eaten Algeria hummm i wonder where i went wrong but still edible.
Ma sha Allah you've been busy. Those briche/chelsea buns look yummy ma sha Allah. The kesra looks good too. Was it not crispy-crumbly enough? Maybe not enough olive oil? I know I've done that before!
