Cutney & Plain Pratha's

An old fav of mine mums mint & corriander cutney, you will need, a bunch of corriander, about 5 sprigs of mint, onions, fresh garlic to taste,salt, tamrind and fresh chillis to taste, Photobucket
Blitz it all in the blender and serve with chapati or paratha's, I had it with samosas yesterday, i have ofen used it with fried fish too, or just as a side dip for any dish.Photobucket

Yummmmmmmm, it's the paratha's I'm interested in! Maybe you could post a step by step way of making them. :) I love them filled with spiced cauli but find the rolling and shaping part hard.

Well ummIbrahim Kate wants to learn too , i am no expert but i must confess the ones in the pic are from TESCOS , frozen. I can make them but don't very often , i feel its one of thoses dishes the more you make the better you get inshaAllah. We are going to make ''molli' (white radishes) paratha's, the one you mention is the gobi one. If we get around to it i am sure we can come up with a Rainbow & Kate's Molli pratha post inshaAllah.
