These are a lovely sweet treat for tea.
I used plain flour
3 eggs
half a cup of sugar
Yeast
grated orange rind
Chocolate chips
pinch of salt and a pinch of mixed spice
although i feel i should have added some melted butter too but didn't.
water to bing or you can use milk slightly warmed.
It's a soft brioche feel i am looking for well keep trying hey.

i have been following yr blog for sometime now( i think since last yr). I must say, i found yr blog at a time when i needed it most.
Like yrself, i have made hijrah one and half years back. Yr blog makes me want to do better for Islam, and has given me much motivation to get through my homesickness. I truly admire yr strenght ! =)

And thanks for posting all the wonderful recipes. I have since tried the zeitoon tagine, but tweaked it alittle to suit my desi palate. lol. I hope i dint kill it !!!
