Murgi Palak chicken/spinach DESI style

This is a dish i saw being cooked on the BBC one night by Anjum Anand, never reallt made it this way and i had seen it in the resturants so now i knew and here is mine.

Looking for a recipe try this one I could not find Anjum's one online and just cooked it the way i remembered her doing it.

Hi Barabara No, i don't really use ghee much, i think the only thing i use it for is cous cous and that's an Algerian dish. I have a tin much to my shame although i do know how to make just never use it.........my mum always did and she taught me just seemed to much bother to me and perhaps unhealthy? It is sure healthy.
