Salaam... my brekky was more like your this morning. Not used to the early mornings yet so all I could manage was some of my French cheese with toast and a few glasses of water.

The girls were good though and had boiled eggs, toast, cereals, hot chocolate.

Dh does'nt get up for breakie, i don't know how he manages it, especially as Iftar is at almost 8pm!
But he also breaks his fast with dates, tonight i'll stuff them with an almond paste. They go down lovely with a glass of milk or tea.

Esalaams,

MachAllah dates, hot cocoa and some toast are really all we need LOL! I wish I could get away with simple meals like this ... but tradition you need. Shame really since in my opinion goes against the essence of Ramadan!
