Fennel Soup

My dd1 seems to have lost my picture of the fennel a veg which i discovered to eat in Algeria mashaAllah a very beneficial veg and tasty too.
LYou wil need
butter, stock cubes, water, onion, corgette boil al this together till tender and hand blend.

I absulutely adore fennel but never thought of making soup with it - what a fantastic idea.

It's so delicious that you can eat raw in salad, just thinly sliced or boil it and cool it and eat with French dressing. Yummmmm!
